Epping St John's Sixth Form has achieved remarkable success in the 2025 A Level examinations, earning the prestigious ALPS Diamond Award and securing a place among the top 1% of sixth forms and colleges nationally for student progress.
The exceptional results demonstrate the school's commitment to academic excellence, with an impressive 94% of students achieving grades A*-C. This outstanding achievement reflects not only the hard work and dedication of students but also the quality of teaching and support provided by the sixth form.
The ALPS (A Level Performance System) Diamond Award is a highly recognised system that measures the progress students make from their GCSE results to their A Level outcomes. Being placed in the top 1% nationally is a testament to the value-added education that Epping St John's Sixth Form provides, ensuring students reach and exceed their potential.
Head of Sixth Form, Flora Christofi said: "I am incredibly proud of our students' accomplishments and the collaborative approach between our staff and students that has contributed to these exceptional results."
These outstanding results come at an ideal time as the school prepares to welcome prospective students and their families to its Sixth Form Open Evening on 13th November from 6pm to 8pm. The event will provide an opportunity for visitors to explore the school, meet staff and current students, and learn more about the courses and support available.
